A product of 10 years of research, development and three US Patents, the Vortex Cold Fog Distribution System™ utilizes an exclusive, all new process to extract both the heat and the energy generated by the incoming smoke from any typical fluid smoke machine and use them both in unison to flash freeze the smoke and create actual fog.       Here's how it works.

      The smoke that enters the first chamber of our three part process at 190 degrees is both blistering hot as well as rapidly dissipating natural energy as the fluid seeks to complete it's process of turning from liquid to gas. This energy is captured within the Expansion Chamber stage and used to force the hot smoke through a wall of ice, instantly rendering it up to 160 degrees colder, as low as 29 degrees Fahrenheit in the second part of the system, the Flash Freeze Chamber. The naturally resulting real fog that is created by this extreme loss of heat through the exchange of temperatures between the smoke and ice cubes is then captured by the third and final stage in the system, the Vortex Collection Duct, which blends both the freezing smoke and the fog together to create roughly 400% - 600% more visible fog density than your smoke machine could ever produce on it's own.

       That is up to six times the resulting fog density than your fog machine produces now.

       So what used to take smoke machines far greater wattage to prepare your scene with a convincing, low lying fog effect, now takes roughly 1/3rd the size unit. And the Vortex System™ utilizes the energy collected in the Expansion Chamber to distribute the resulting mass with virtually no viscosity loss and without the use of fans of any kind. 20, 40, even 60 feet away, depending on the smoke machine in use.
