Sales Agreement: (Read before ordering)

In placing my order I agree that I have adequately researched all products therein and accept the satisfaction warranty based on their actual performance under proper recommended conditions. I also understand this warranty is limited to 90 days from date of receipt and is good for original buyer when accompanied by proof of purchase. I agree to pay shipping back to manufacturer in the event I choose to return said items.

Further I agree that all items ordered will be paid for in full prior to their receipt.  I agree to arrange for the prompt shipment of my order, either with the help of Vortex Chillers.Com, or on my own, to my location within 15 days of purchase. Should I fail to arrange for said items by 15 days, I agree to pay 3% of full purchase price per day for their storage, beginning with the first full day after purchase. If, after 33 calendar days, all items have not yet been arranged for by myself, I understand purchased items will be sold to recover storage fees and my full balance left due will remain payable by me in a timely fashion.  Should monetary collections be needed to satisfy my monies owed I agree to pay any and all court costs incurred by Vortex Chillers.Com associated with collecting said debt.
